Wintrax and WinIris
In designing the WinTrax and WinIris systems we have employed the latest state of the art PSD technology. The PSD sensors have continuous and infinite resolution unlike CCD sensors which can only measure angles step by step. The benefit of this is the digital WinTrax sensor reading at almost 4 times a second. This provides continuous live on screen measurements therefore any change in the vehicle alignment is instantly displayed on the PC screen.
With the choice of two different measuring head configurations we offer the WinTrax system which transmits the data via radio wave back to the PC and the Iris which transfers the information to the PC via a high speed cable link. Ingeniously designed with no moving parts the WinTrax and Iris sensors will give long service, durability, ease of use and versatility.

STR400R Wheel Aligner
In conjunction with the tried and tested Supertracker W.A.S.P wheel hangers, the new eight Sensor measuring system using CCD technology. Designed using the latest static type of transducers and inclinometers. This alignment system gives greater durability in the harsh working environment. Also offering lower servicing costs. The Measuring heads have an integrated control pad plus built in electronic spirit level. Operation of the aligner can be carried out with out the need to continually return to the work station. The toe-in visual angle is -/+ 20 degrees, this eliminates the need for electronic turn plates. Accuracy, heads measure angles with the new generation sensors to 0.01 of a degree. Battery continuous working time of ten hours. All these features allow the operator to carry out alignment operations in a fast, accurate and profitable way.

str200 Wheel Aligner
Building on the outstanding success of Supertracker Laser Aligners. The new STR200 incorporates a printer, to give a customer print out if required. Measuring heads with built in Electronic's, displaying live toe and camber readings. The state of the art electronics allow Caster measurement to be calculated with out the need for graduated turn plates. High tech Zigbee radio transmitting technology is used to communicate between the laser measuring heads and the printer.
